*CANCELLATIONS* I require a minimum of 12 hour notice to cancel an appointment. I do know things happen and life happens so please just communicate with me. If you cancel 12hrs of the appointment you will be charged a 30% fee to make up for schedule time. After three consecutive no-shows/cancellations you will no longer be able to book with me. *DEPOSIT* I require a $20 non-refundable deposit upon booking for a full set. This deposit will go towards your amount. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be moved to your new appointment within the same month. Otherwise, the deposit will be considered your cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required. *LATE ARRIVALS* Pleae be aware if you’re more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time we will have to reschedule your appointment. If I don’t hear from you it’ll be considered a no show and be treated as such. *NO SHOWS* If you don’t contact me or show up on the day of your appointment you’ll be charged a 50% fee. *NO REFUNDS* All sales are final. I do not give refunds for service provided. *FILLS* Must have 50% of lashes on to be considered a fill. Extended fills must have at least 40% of your lashes. Mini fills are for only 1 week from your previous appointment. Anything past 4 weeks will be considered a full set.  *3 DAY GRACE PERIOD* I offer a 3 day grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If anything is less than satisfactory I will fix or touch up for free. If you cannot meet the 3 day grace period it’ll be considered a mini touch up. *CLEAN LASHES* Arrive to your appointment with no makeup and washed lashes as well as no contacts.
